B.J. Miller

CONCENTRATION

B. J. is a shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm and a member of the firm's Business Division. His practice concentrates on business organizations and transactions and real estate transactions and he has represented a wide variety of clients in numerous fields.

 

B. J. practices primarily in real estate and is experienced in all areas of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, land use, and lease transactions. In his practice he has represented buyers and sellers, developers, lenders, tenants and landlords. While the majority of his work involves commercial real estate transactions, he also does residential real estate work, such as reviewing titles and purchase agreements.

 

B. J. also has experience in the hospitality industry, in particular acquisition, sale, development, and management of hotel properties.

 

B. J. also practices in construction law and related issues and has handled a variety of matters related to construction contracts, construction disputes, and mechanic's lien law.
