Joseph M. Pawlosky
CONCENTRATION
Joe is Of Counsel to the Davis Brown Law Firm in the Business Division. He has a general practice in, but not limited to, employee benefits and executive compensation.
Joe joined the firm in February 2002. Prior to that, Joe practiced
for five years in Chicago, IL where he concentrated in employee
benefits, ERISA and ESOPs. He has counseled clients regarding qualified
and non-qualified retirement plans, and has assisted clients in
designing and implementing ESOP arrangements.
ACADEMICS
Joe received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law, Order of the Coif, in 1996, and he is admitted to both the Illinois and Iowa bar. His B.S. and M.B.A. were received from West Virginia University.

Joe a member of Iowa ABATE, a national and state motorcycle enthusiast organization.
