The Davis Brown Law Firm represent clients in everything from small claims actions to highly complex civil litigation. The firm's attorneys practice before state courts, federal courts, and administrative agencies and our attorneys frequently assist clients during the earliest stages of potential litigation by presenting reasonable alternatives, including mediation, arbitration and other types of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

The Litigation Division at the Davis Brown Law Firm serves clients who retain the firm specifically for litigation, as well as those who are regular clients of the the Davis Brown Law Firm. Clients include insurance companies, small businesses, professionals, U.S. and foreign corporations, commercial banks, industrial companies, non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
