CONCENTRATION

Matt is a senior shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm in the Litigation Division. His practice encompasses national, regional, and local financial institutions in real estate litigation and commercial litigation.

 

Matt's primary real estate practice area is residential and commercial foreclosure.  Matt handles approximately 800-1000 residential foreclosures per year, as well as a number of complex commercial foreclosures. His real estate practice also includes landlord/tenant disputes, condemnation litigation and other general real estate litigation.

 

His commercial law practice includes debtor/creditor cases, general commercial law and commercial litigation.
