Davis Brown Law Firm's real estate practice encompasses the range of transactions from A to Z (from abstracts to zoning). The firm's attorneys counsel clients in the acquisition, development, construction and sale of real property and related issues such as environmental law. In addition, Davis Brown's attorneys advise clients in negotiating real estate purchases and sales, securing development and permanent financing, drafting and reviewing loan applications and loan documents. The firm also conducts title examinations and drafts development and developer agreements, construction contracts and management and lease agreements.
Through the firm's Public Finance Department, the firm acts as bond counsel in the issuance of private purpose, industrial revenue bonds to finance commercial projects.
