CONCENTRATION
Bob is an Of Counsel attorney at the Davis Brown Law Firm. He is a member of both the Litigation and Business Divisions and has a general practice in, but not limited to, dealing with business,
regulatory, and litigation matters for health care providers, public utilities and telecommunication companies.
Bob has represented a wide variety of health care providers and
public utilities. He has provided counsel on operational and regulatory
matters and has represented clients before numerous state agencies and
in state and federal court.

Bob was a member of the Iowa Bar Association Committee which initially drafted and later revised the Iowa Administrative Procedures Act. He was also a member of the Governor's task force which developed the Uniform Administrative Rules for the State of Iowa.
PERSONAL
Bob and his wife, Sharon, have two adult daughters and three grandchildren. Bob enjoys golf, tennis and biking.
