Scott M. Brennan
CONCENTRATION
Scott is a senior shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm. A member of the
Litigation Division, he has a general practice in, but not limited to,
litigation matters concerning construction litigation, business litigation, administrative matters and insurance defense, including personal injury, dram shop, and damage to property. Scott is the current Vice President of the firm's Board of Directors.
REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENTS
Scott has represented clients in numerous contract and construction
matters and the amounts sought by the opposing parties have, on
occasion, exceeded $1,000,000. Scott has also successfully litigated
multiple jury and bench trials involving contract and insurance defense
matters.
Recently, Scott represented a bidder for a government contract in an
administrative matter. The matter ultimately went to trial and Scott's
client successfully obtained a government contract in excess of
$3,000,000.
