As general counsel to the Iowa Bankers Association, Davis, Brown, Koehn, Shors & Roberts, P.C. advises a number of financial institutions on lender liability issues on the state and federal levels. The department represents clients before federal and state regulators in permit applications and appeals, regulatory challenges and enforcement proceedings.
