Bill Kelly, a shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm, will be the speaker for the Polk County Bar Association's Annual Law Clerk Luncheon.

The luncheon will be held on Tuesday, June 12 at noon at the Hotel Fort Des Moines, located at 10th & Walnut Street in Des Moines.

Bill's presentation, "An Afghan Odyssey: Legal Issues through the Eyes of an Iowa Lawyer Deployed with the Army National Guard" will focus on his experiences in Afghanistan as the Brigade Judge Advocate for Task Force Red Bulls. MAJ Kelly will also detail how U.S. and Afghan attorneys are doing their part to help reshape Afghanistan.
