On Tuesday, Dec. 4, Michael G. Kulik will present at the 2012 Telecommunications Director/Manager Training Program held by the Iowa Institute of Cooperatives. Mike will present "Legal Duties & Responsibilities of Directors" from 1:00-2:30 p.m.

The program will be held at the Courtyard Marriott, 2405 SE Creekview Dr., in Ankeny and will feature programs ranging from financial planning to Health care cooperatives.
