In collaboration with LifeScience Alley, the largest state-based life sciences trade association in the U.S., Davis Brown patent attorney Sean Solberg has been invited to present on intellectual property matters for a nine-person contingent of Osaka-area medtech businessmen.
presentation, scheduled for Monday, Feb. 10, is part of a two-week
intensive course that will help connect the attendees with businesses
and service providers in the Twin Cities, ultimately allowing them to
further expand relationships in the U.S.
practiced in IP for over 13 years and serves as patent counsel to
clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of
industries, including medical device, biotech and agriculture. He is a
registered patent attorney, able to practice in front of the United
States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to his work in the areas
of patent prosecution, IP
transactions, opinions, and due diligence, Sean has experience in
complex intellectual litigation, providing support and drafting briefs
in conjunction with IP litigators.
