The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the court immediately below the United States Supreme Court, recently held oral arguments in the Neal and Bea Smith Law Center courtroom at the Drake University Law School. The court covers much of the Midwest and holds oral arguments at law schools in the region every three years.
At this special session at Drake on November 5, Davis Brown senior shareholder Christopher Jannes argued on behalf of client, Dustex Corporation, in a case relating to insurance coverage for a construction arbitration claim.
