CONCENTRATION
Denise is Of Counsel to the Davis Brown Law Firm. She joined the Business Division in 1996. She has a general practice in but not limited to the area of immigration.
SUMMARY
Denise's work includes assisting employers and foreign nationals with the permanent residency process. She does a significant amount of work on Labor Certifications and Immigrant Worker Petitions (I-140).
Her prior experience includes preparation of non-immigrant petitions for H-1B, H-2B, K-1, L-1, R-1, and TN; immigrant petitions, including labor certifications, outstanding professors and researchers, and multinational executives and managers; and consequences of corporate reorganization, mergers, and name changes.
MEMBERSHIP
Denise is past Iowa Vice-Chair of the Iowa/Nebraska American Immigration Lawyers Association Chapter.
COMMUNITY
Denise is a Board member of the Greater Green Bay YMCA.
PERSONAL
Denise has two young sons. She is active in her community and is a school volunteer. She also enjoys competing in local running and triathlon events.
