Jodie L. Clark is an associate of the Davis Brown Law Firm. She joined Litigation Division in 2004 in the areas of labor and employment law, torts, real estate, construction, and commercial litigation. She practices before both State and Federal Courts.
ACADEMICS
Jodie graduated valedictorian from Ankeny High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Iowa State University in 2001, graduating in the top 2% of her class. She graduated cum laude and in the top 15% of her class from the University of Arizona in May of 2004.
SUMMARY
Since joining the firm in 2004, Jodie has tried several state court cases, both individually and with colleagues, in the areas of commercial law, real estate law, and construction litigation. These trials included both bench and jury trials. In the area of labor and employment law, Jodie has worked with numerous human resource managers and departments in defending employee suits and in implementing various employment policies.
