CONCENTRATION
John Pietila is a shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm and a member of the Business Division. He practices primarily in the area of corporate and transactional law, with an emphasis on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

General representation of a diversified, federated agricultural cooperative, including advising the Board of Directors with respect to an unsolicited outside takeover proposal.
Corporate representation for nonprofit commodity promotion board and commodity growers association in connection with corporate governance and member and industry support activities.
