Lynn is a shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm in the Business Division. Her practice encompasses health law with primary emphasis on long-term care, nursing practice, and home health issues.

SUMMARY
Lynn routinely represents long term care providers in federal and state regulatory administrative appeals, assists home health agencies with compliance and reimbursement issues and assists nursing clients with a wide variety of legal and practice issues.
The Firm is general counsel to Iowa Health Care Association, the Iowa Nurses Association and the Iowa Association for Home Care. Lynn assists these Associations and its membership through involvement in legislative, regulatory, and practice issues.
MEMBERSHIP
Lynn is a national delegate to the American Nurses Association.
PUBLICATIONS, SPEECHES AND SEMINARS
Lynn is an adjunct instructor at Des Moines Area Community College in Long Term Care Health Administration, as well as a regular speaker and contributor to Iowa Health Care Association educational seminars.
OF NOTE
Prior to joining the Firm, Lynn practiced in a wide array of health care settings as a Registered Nurse, including hospital nursing (intensive care, medical surgical, orthopedics, and skilled nursing), home health care (both county-government and hospital based) and as a consultant for the State of Iowa (Iowa Department of Public Health) and Drake University Center for Health Issues. She has served in both staff nurse and administrative capacities.
PERSONAL
Lynn and her husband Jim have three children: Annie, Ross and Nathan.
