Scott M. Brennan

CONCENTRATION

Scott is a senior shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm in the Litigation Division.  He has a general practice in but not limited to litigation matters, concerning Construction Litigation, Business Litigation, and Insurance Defense Matters, including Personal Injury, Dram Shop, and damage to property.

SUMMARY

Scott has represented clients in numerous construction and contract matters and the amounts sought by the opposing parties have, on occasion, exceeded $1,000,000.  Scott has also successfully litigated multiple jury and bench trials involving contract and insurance defense matters.

REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENTS

Recently, Scott represented a bidder for a government contract in an administrative matter.  The matter ultimately went to trial and Scott's client successfully obtained a government contract in excess of $3,000,000.
