In 2008, Victoria received her law degree from Drake University Law School with High Honors. At Drake, she was awarded the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Certificate, on the Deans List, and was a recipient of the Timothy N. Carlucci Award. She was elected to the Order of the Barristers, a semi-finalist in the C. Edwin Moore Moot Court Competition, a Public Service Scholarship Fellow, and was Captain of Environmental Law Moot Court Team.Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, where she was on the President’s List, Dean’s List, and a Merit Scholarship Recipient. After graduation, she taught high school for five years in Washington, D.C. She completed a Masters of Public Policy Degree at George Mason University in 2005.
