On November 9, 2009, Jonathan Wilson conducted a three hour seminar for attendees at the Iowa Manufactured Housing Association annual meeting on the topics of Advanced Issues in Landlord/Tenant Law and Creative Solutions to recurring property management problems. The seminar also addressed critical issues relating to installment sales of factory-built homes.
