The Davis Brown Law Firm is a leader in the renaissance of downtown Des Moines since our inception in 1929. In May, 2008, we moved to the newly-constructed 13-story Davis Brown Tower at the corner of 10th and Walnut. The building features two levels of retail, seven levels of parking and four levels of offices offering views of the city. We are within walking distance of loft-style apartments and condos, nationally-recognized restaurants, the world-class Des Moines Library and the new Gateway West Park. We also have established an office in the fast-growing suburb of West Des Moines.
Greater Des Moines is a thriving metropolitan area with nearly 500,000 residents and offers affordable housing, superb public services and outstanding schools. These and other items have made Des Moines stand out among the nation’s other metropolitan areas. In short, Des Moines is a wonderful place to live and to work.
The past few years have seen huge gains in the communities including development of many new areas. The East Village has really bloomed with downtown residences, eclectic shops and dining. The Jordan Creek Mall and Town Center is an entertainment and shopping center for the region. West Glen and the new Ponderosa development provide a neighborhood feel to living, shopping and daily life.
