Sarah’s recent appellate successes include Bonnie Cole v. Trinity Health Corporation in the Eighth Circuit and Van Den Boom v. City of Eldora and Atzen v. Covey et al. in the Iowa Court of Appeals, each of which upheld significant summary judgment dismissals in her client’s favor.
