Bill Hanigan was recently interviewed by ABC-5 News regarding the ongoing lawsuit against crude oil pipeline company Dakota Access, a subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners and Philips 66.
Bill represents a group of Iowa landowners in the lawsuit alleging Dakota Access violated the Iowa Constitution by installing the Dakota Access pipeline in their land.
