Davis Brown Tower
Centrally located in downtown Des Moines, the Davis Brown Tower, home to our largest office in the state, is a great base for our attorneys and professional staff. With parking in our building, you won't waste time walking from a parking garage blocks away. The Polk County Courthouse, Iowa Supreme Court, Iowa Southern District Federal District Court, Federal Building, and other business locations are all close to the Davis Brown Tower as well.
We are within walking distance of a number of creative venues for after work entertainment including the Des Moines Social Club and Kum & Go Theatre, the Temple for Performing Arts and we are connected via the downtown Skywalk system to the Des Moines Performing Arts and the Iowa Events Center.
Downtown Des Moines is also blooming with amazing culinary experiences and Davis Brown is perfectly situated to indulge. Whether you are looking for fine Italian cuisine (try Centro), French bistro (Django is just across the street), burgers and brews (Court Avenue Brewing Company), Thai (Blu Thai in the East Village), or a quick coffee (Panera Bread is in our building, Starbucks is up the street, find local coffee at Java Joes, Ritual Café, Smokey Row, or Freidrichs), you'll be able to entertain clients and your family in style.
For when you need to get away, the Western Gateway Park and Sculpture Garden are just a short walk from the office and you can stop into the library to pick up books for yourself or your kids on the way home. The popular Gray's Lake Park is a short drive or good jog from the office as well.
Our offices in West Des Moines, Ames and Emmetsburg are also situated in great locations with convenient access to food, entertainment, and professional engagements.
