Jason Stone is a shareholder with over 20 years of experience practicing business law. He is passionate about innovative approaches to the practice of law that help his clients achieve their goals in the most time and cost-efficient manner.

He helps clients with the formation, acquisition, disposition, operation, and liquidation of business entities of all types and sizes and he has served clients, including several high growth companies, in the fields of real estate, advanced technologies, health care, senior housing, agriculture, manufacturing, and finance. Jason also helps clients with tax credit finance projects and issues.

Jason is the program coordinator for Start-Up Launchpad, a premium full-service program that includes flat-fee strategic advice and legal services for start-up businesses and entrepreneurs.
